On December 17, the "2021 Global Founders Conference" initiated by Aiwen Media was held in Beijing. The list of "Top 30 Most Powerful Founders in 2021" was released, aiming to find and discover those who have been in the past year. Here, the founder of an enterprise who has made important contributions to economic development with scientific and technological innovation. Yuki He, the founder and CEO of LiveMe, was selected as a figure on the list.
It is reported that this year’s selection covers hundreds of declared enterprise organizations and founders. It has integrated the five major influence dimensions of the enterprise: "founders, enterprise efficiency, industry innovation, social responsibility, and future change", and passed the "Global Founders Conference". After the professional review of the "Organizing Committee", the top 30 founders of the most powerful technology in 2021 were finally selected.
Yuki entered the workplace as a product manager and served as the person in charge of multiple products, and led the Cheetah Mobile Clean Master software to become one of the most well-known tool apps overseas.
In April 2016, Yuki founded LiveMe, an overseas live broadcast platform, and served as the founder and CEO. In just three months after its establishment, it was crowned the double champion of the American iOS and Android social best-selling editions and became the first mobile live broadcast platform in the United States. Subsequently, this live broadcast trend was strongly expanded to the global market under the leadership of Yuki, and has become a leading overseas live broadcast brand with independent financing of hundreds of millions of dollars. In September 2016, LiveMe was split from Cheetah Mobile and completed two rounds of financing, with the participation of Jingwei China, IDG Capital, and Gobi Investment. On November 16, 2018, Yuki was invited by WEDO 2018 to give an English speech at the United Nations Headquarters. On February 15, 2020, she was listed on the Forbes list of 20 potential women in business.
Yuki once talked about the leadership of female founders in an interview. She said: "Female leaders are good at listening, tolerant, and friendly. They are all advantageous to multicultural teams. It is easier to unite and integrate people from different cultural backgrounds. If you make good use of this advantage while avoiding some common shortcomings, such as the need to enhance your sense of purpose, make more decisive decision-making, result-oriented, and not be disturbed by emotions, you will be very powerful."
She also mentioned, "I like Gandhi's words very much, and I always use this to encourage myself'You must be the change you wish to see in the world'. If you want to change the world, you must first change yourself. The biggest obstacle for women is actually not It does not come from the external environment, social concepts, etc., but the limitations of self-cognition. You must be brave to break your own boundaries, and everything else will come in. Always remember that you are stronger than you think!"
I believe that in the next journey, Yuki will continue to leverage the advantages of female founders and continue to lead LiveMe to be guided by user needs and actual application scenarios, and continue to explore, improve and innovate its own technical capabilities to create more value for users.
